Bardzo wyjątkowa okazja ;)

Dzień dobry, 

Dzisiaj mam dla Was delikatną i bardzo jaśniutką kartkę z okienkiem. 
Stworzoną na bardzo wyjątkową okazję - 90 urodziny :)
